In the wake of the Death Star's destruction, the Empire seems to anticipate and thwart all moves by the struggling Rebel Alliance - which smells a spy among the ranks. Princess Leia forms a stealth squadron of her best pilots - including Luke Skywalker - to expose the spy and find the Alliance a safe home.

Brian Wood wrote twenty best-selling issues of Star Wars, with Carlos D'Anda and Dan Jackson on art. Dark Horse published the original run, and Marvel Comics is republishing it as part of their Epic Legends line.

X-Men (2012-2014)
The now-famous "all female X-Men title", Wood launched and wrote the first seventeen issues of the series.

Ultimate Comics: X-Men (2013-2015) - Wood meshed his signature socio-political themes with the world of the X-Men, casting the classic 'a world that hates and fears them' in a new, frighteningly realistic light.  Wood wrote issues #13-33 of the series.
